Fire & Water - Cleanup & Restoration

Dental Office Roof Caused Damages

Ceilings falling down, carpet floors & drywall wet throughout this empty dentist building. A cold storm with high winds destroyed the roof. SERVPRO of Western Lancaster received the call and within the hour we were there to start performing damage control. We removed wet ceiling tiles, extracted water with commercial equipment from carpeted floors and performed needed drywall flood cuts. Our equipment set up to dry out the place in a few days. We left the place dry and ready for rebuilding. The owners were happy with our professional, quick services.

What to Expect

When you call, we will ask several questions regarding your water damage emergency. These questions will help us determine what equipment and resources to bring, including how many trained SERVPRO Professionals may be needed.

Our SERVPRO Representative will ask several questions:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Your insurance information (if applicable)
  • The street address of the water-damaged business
  • When did the flooding or water damage occur?
  • What caused the water damage (if known)?
  • Is there electricity available (on-site)?
